Primus Num'raul is the last known commander of the Cabal Ice Hammer Legion. After the Europa Incident, Num'raul and his Legion disappeared. The last confirmed sighting of Num'raul and his forces was by the Guardians of Fireteam Argus, just before they left Europa.
