Baraxan, Duke of Kings, also known as Baraxan, the Proud, is the Duke of the House of Kings, and the creator of the Council of Dukes. He created this group after learning of an ancient prophecy from the House of Rain. Baraxan believes that he is the "Chosen One" mentioned in the prophecy.
